1. Handcrafted Quality & Natural Ingredients

All Mummy Ko Achar products are handmade in traditional small batches using 100% cold-pressed mustard oil, authentic mountain spices (such as timur and roasted coriander), and natural sun-drying techniques.

• Zero Artificial Preservatives: We preserve our pickles exclusively with heated mustard oil and Himalayan rock salt.
• Storage Recommendation: Always keep the jar sealed with the oil level covering the contents. Use a clean, dry spoon to prevent moisture contamination.

2. Pricing, Payments & Cash on Delivery (COD)

All prices listed on our platform are stated in Nepali Rupees (NPR / Rs.) and include all applicable taxes.

• Cash on Delivery (COD): Available across Kathmandu, Lalitpur, Bhaktapur, and major courier hubs throughout Nepal.
• Prepaid Transfers: Digital payments via eSewa, Khalti, or direct bank transfer can be confirmed upon dispatch.

3. Shipping & Delivery Timelines

We partner with dedicated logistics providers (such as Pathao Express) to deliver fresh jars quickly:

• Kathmandu Valley: Delivered same-day or next-day depending on order cutoff time.
• Outside Valley / Provinces: Delivered in 2 to 4 business days via verified cargo and parcel express.
• Active Contact Required: Customers must ensure their phone is reachable for rider arrival verification.

4. Customer Responsibilities & Fair Usage

By placing an order, you agree to provide an accurate delivery destination and acknowledge that orders cannot be cancelled once handed over to the courier rider. Refusing COD orders without valid transit damage harms small artisan kitchens and delivery partners.

5. Brand Identity & Intellectual Property

The name Mummy Ko Achar (मम्मीको अचार), the brand logo, our traditional family recipes, package designs, and website media are protected assets. Unauthorized commercial replication or misrepresentation is strictly prohibited.
